Why Should I use Goolsby Web Services?
We are a small company focused on producing the best product suited for our customers. We do not mass produce websites and hand them out around town. Each one is custom designed and setup to fit your needs. Your website should be a source of pride for you and should impress your visitors.

Do I need an expensive maintenance contract?
We do offer and recommend maintenance contracts for any and all of our packages & designs, however they are not necessary. We try to create designs that are able to be updated and maintained by the average user. Certain edits and modifications can be a challenge for new users so we certainly recommend them but they are not required. We do not post maintenance contract prices as they are negotiable as to the level of modifications that you anticipate as your side and your business grows!
I already have a site. Can you update it?
We often have customers that come to us with an existing site. We can certainly evaluate your current site and provide you the best possible solution for you and your site going forward. Most of the time its even easier to migrate your current site into a new design and give you that Web 2.0 style and look! Feel free to contact us if you have any questions and we will certainly give you our thoughts. This is another benefit of dealing with a small, local organization. We are willing to work with you, the customer, to provide ultimately the best solution.
Do you offer Logo Design?
At this time we do not offer professional logo design. We will, however, include the company name of your website or organization in an attractive font/typeface on your newly designed website. This will allow for a professional design that you do not get with other web services organizations! If you have a current logo (digital copy or on paper/brochure) we will scan and incorporate it into your design. Minor photo editing can be performed to increase the seamless design into your web site.
What type images and image formats should I send you?
PNG - transparent background is preferred! This allows the designer the flexibility to incorporate the design into the theme or template for an extremely clean and professional design. If you have any questions feel free to contact us and we can provide assistance.
How do I get my website to show up on google? (or yahoo, or bing...)
This is what is referred to as SEO or Search Engine Optimization. Front page listings for common phrases are extremely difficult and require a frequently updated site with number other sites linking to your URL or pointing to your site. We do include, of course, basic search engine optimization will all packages.
